I went with Coat Systems after many good reviews but had a very bad experience. I met up with Tony to see if he can match the color I needed for my floor but there were limited color selections. He said he needs to order color boards to make two samples for me and I would have to leave $1000 deposit. I left the deposit and waited a week for the samples. The sample colors did not match, and I called Tony and left a message asking for my deposit back minus the cost to create the samples. I received no answer, next time I called Tony his phone number was disconnected. I called Coat Systems directly 5 times and explained the situation. The person named Shady I spoke too said a supervisor will call me back. A month later I have never received a call to set this straight. Be careful with this company and do NOT leave a large deposit as you will most likely NOT get it back.
