To Anyone Looking for Roof Repairs, I was extremely happy with the thoroughness, honesty and job done by Danny from 'Roofs On Homes Inc'. Danny first examined the water leak area inside the home and then evaluated the roof and found the corresponding source of the problem. He presented what repairs needed to be done and completed the job on the same day as the visit, even guarantied his craftsmanship and work for one year. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated Danny's professionalism and honest work ethic. I had five different companies quote this job and the other four companies all over quoted the work that needed to be done. I am not even confident if the other four quotes to replacement or reinstallation the roofing would have even addressed the water leak issue as the source of the leak was near a chimney structure. I am very happy with the level knowledge, detail and sincere concern that Roofs On Homes Inc showed me and I will definitely call them again for my future roof repair concerns. I am a property manager who deals with numerous tenant and landowners, so it is always a blessing when I find a great company who is prompt, professional and ethical. I put in a requested for plumbing in HomeStars and got a prompt response from Wayne at H2O Services. Wayne and H2O Services was very accommodating to fit in an appointment that matched my urgent need. The technician, Bob, who arrived on schedule diligently worked to helped to address the issue with the equipment he had. When he was unable to resolve the clog due to a limit in equipment because of the short notice provided to set the appointment and the promptness of their arrival, Bob provided a referral that led to the full resolution of the task. I would give a perfect score if they were able to completely address the issue, but they did the best they could on such short notice and still provided the referral that helped address the issue.

I contacted Spring Home in October for an emergency evaluation and eventual replacement of my furnace right at the beginning of the cold season. Our furnace suddenly stopped working, so I contacted Spring Home, who I have dealt with in the past with very positive service. They promptly scheduled someone to assess our furnace and after discovering that an expensive key component needed to be replaced we decided that it would be better to replace the whole unit instead of having to deal with an old furnace that might break down again in the future. Spring Home even took the service visit cost and reduced it from the price of the replacement furnace. We were categorized as a priority furnace installation as we have an infant (11 months old at the time). The old furnace was professionally removed and replaced with a new high end multi-phase Lennox furnace. This is an amazing furnace that works wonderfully adjusting to our heating needs in different phases/levels of output. The ducts were neatly disassembled to remove the old furnace and to get in the new furnace and then reassembled. I recently contacted Spring Home due to a rattling noise in the ducts due to vibration and they were more than happy to schedule the same technician who installed the furnace unit to assess the issue. Spring Home is amazing with their service and they sincerely care about their customers even months after the installation. I high recommend them for all your furnace needs (I have not yet used them for my AC needs, but based on their furnace services, I am confident that they will meet all your AC needs with the same friendly, professional and caring attitude that I have experienced).

Our family had a string of health emergencies that made it a very exciting end of the year and just to make things all the more interesting we had two furnace break down at the same time, while I was 'ping ponging' between two hospitals. We had to replace an old furnace and repair of another furnace all within days of each other and right in of the medical emergencies. Thank fully we found out about Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc from a close friend. I found out another mutual friend was also very satisfied with the amazing job done by the staff at Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Right from the initial conversation to the final installation, everything was handled in a very polite, friendly and professional manner. I did not feel like they were simply trying to get more business, but that they cared about our family concerns and furnace needs during the first stretch of cold weather in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). The furnace that was replace was done superbly and the new furnace is less half the size, a fraction of the weight and very quiet and efficient. The original furnace was extremely heavy and installation crew got a good workout removing it and it was done very carefully without damaging any of our new flooring or walls. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous. They even repaired the poor furnace ducts installed with the old furnace unit. The ducts were not secured or fastened and fell as soon as the original furnace was moved (I couldn't believe the poor workmanship by the people who installed the original furnace). Thankfully nobody was hurt. The ducts were properly fastened and the needed additional duct work was added. The crew took careful consideration in installing the new exhaust pipes out of the home. The Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc did a meticulous job making sure the new hardwood floors were not damaged and cleaned up everything afterwards. Amazing job! The other furnace that needed repairs also needed specific parts to be replaced. During the initial visit the repairman was able to get the furnace working at the low stage/level and order the new pressure switch and exhaust blower needed to run at the high stage/level (we have a two-stage furnace). The parts arrived quickly and the job was completed without any issues. Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing job done and deal with honest, friendly people at a competitive price! Without a hesitation A and Y Plumbing is the best plumbing company that I have every dealt with. I have used them on more than one occasion and they have consistently provided excellent, high quality work at very competitive prices. Their knowledge is superb and they even assessed a job I had done by another plumber (before discovering them) noting the short-cuts that were taken by the other plumbing company, which I am still upset about, since they were recommended to me by Direct Energy. Our home was affected by flooding rain on July 8th, 2013 along with many Toronto homes. Our basement was flooded and I was concerned about the extent of plumbing repairs that needed to be done to prevent future flooding. I thought the whole exterior wall needed to be re-sealed and the weeping tiles needed to be re-installed. Andrey from A and Y Plumbing assessed the basement water damage and even performed a simple test (that I witnessed) to determine what needed to be fixed before providing the quote. Andrey asked questions to help direct his assessment of the issue. He assured me that if I decided to make repairs only the window well and the surrounding area needed to be repaired, explaining in detail how the damages had occurred. It is refreshing to meet honest plumbers who sincerely care for their customers. Pictures speak volumes about the great job that was performed by A and Y Plumbing. I just wish I had taken before pictures to show how much work was done. A and Y Plumbing definitely went the extra mile, even involving another company to confirm that the gas line was not as concern for the job. Andrey even assured me that if the area begins to sink over time to simply call A and Y Plumbing and they will add more gravel; evidence that they care for their customers even after the job is done. I highly recommend A and Y Plumbing for your plumbing needs and I will definitely contact them for ALL my future plumbing repair needs. If I were possible I would get them a rating of 11 out of 10.
