As this is our 2nd project we already knew the high standard of quality & service you provide and yet you still exceeded our expectations with this much larger job - huge amount of stone work, huge customized pool with all the bells & whistles, and awesome hot tub! The final project turned out even better than what we envisioned and we so appreciate all of the creative suggestions that make it the stunning property that we have today! We love your crew - I have never seen such a talented group of people that work so hard and are a pleasure to deal with. I know on more than one occassion we heard "we`ll do it however you want" and "as long as you`re happy" coming from the members of the crew - we truly felt that they were taking the same pride of ownership as if it was their own home. We are very appreciative of how you coordinated everything so well for us - even when other people were causing delays you still managed to keep the project on schedule and on budget. We also appreciate being involved in as much as we wanted to - going to the stoneyard to pick what we liked, and having consults on the site often to ensure we were happy and to see if we wanted changes made. Our property has been custom designed and has been totally tailored to how we live and how we will get the most use and enjoyment for many years to come - it is amazing! You guys are the best in the business and worth every penny! Backyard Getaways will be always getting high praise and referrals from us. We had Backyard Getaways install our Inground Saltwater pool and do Decorative Concrete work for us. I had interviewed several companies before booking anyone, and from the moment I met John, the search was over! He kept our appointment on time, he offered suggestions, made recommendations, and was very upfront about costs. Then his brother Regi, took over on the job site and had a fantastic crew of guys there everyday. They kept our project on budget and earlier than scheduled - a bet you don't hear that everyday! Our finished product is awesome, from the custom saltwater pool, to the iron safety fence, cabana and almost 1500 square feet of beautiful decorative concrete!
