Sean and Ian were a pleasure to deal with. They came with a crew of 8 and finished in 4 hours as promised. They are very conscientious and methodical and knowledgeable. Aaron and Art did a terrific job! They are VERY knowledgeable, courteous and take the time to explain what they are doing in language I can understand. (They even take their shoes off at the door without being asked.) I was doing a complete basement apartment renovation which involved replacing 4 old rads and adding one new one in the bathroom. Aaron and Art did the rough-in and then let the contractor finish the walls. Aaron even made an extra unscheduled visit just to install the rad brackets in the bathroom so the tiler could do a neater job. How cool is that? Aaron and Art then returned later and installed the rads. They made a point of arriving on time and were very conscientious. They rolled out a protective sheet from the front door to the work areas to avoid damage to the new flooring. The following day, when I noticed one of the rads was only luke warm I called Aaron and he came back on a Saturday to make it right. He also took the time to make some adjustments to the boiler to make it more efficient for heating the whole house. These guys are good. They enjoy what they do and it shows. Thanks, Aaron and Art. Of course, we try to be as non-intrusive as possible and clean up all our work as well as arrive on time.
