Alex was available to come help with plumbing issues very promptly. I had called another plumber before him but they were not available after I was done work. That is why I decided to choose Award Plus. He helped unclog our kitchen sink and gave some recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. He was very personable, and explained what the problems were clearly. I highly recommend Alex and will use his services again. (hopefully not ;)

We called Pestend to investigate mice in our new home. As new home owners we were advised by the previous owner of mice activity. We hired Fazee to inspect and he set up some baits. He identified mice droppings in the kitchen area and in the crawl space. After setting up the baits we heard large activity throughout the night time. It wasn't until the second visit with the baits we finally got some peace. I then proceeded to caulk up all the small openings in the kitchen. and haven't heard/seen any mice.

We first hired Brent to do a home inspection on a house we were interested in. After finding out there were some major issues with the house, we found that it was not worth the risk and cost. Brent gave us very informative and valuable advice and suggestions. Good thing we listened to him because that house is still on the market. For our second listing, we re-hired Brent again and once again he gave us a very thorough inspection and answered our many questions and concerns. We will recommend him in the future.
