In the last week we have had the opportunity to meet 4 of your employees. The first gentleman came to clean our furnace and do a tune up. After a quick inspection he gave us the advise of opting out of the tune up as the furnace wasn't sounding healthy and would cost a lot more than we were thinking. The next day we met with a sales rep. He was not pushy or anything like what I was dreading. He showed us the different ways to go and we were impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. By the next week we were having our new furnace installed with a few upgrades. The 2 gentlemen who were installing were very good and let me know the progress as they were goIng along. We got a tour of the furnace when they were done and gave us the good news that they wouldn't have to come back the next day as it was all installed. I told him that we have been so impressed with the company and he said that he also loves working for Action Furnace. Thank you so much for all the great customer service.
