I am not sure where I do start with …? I can write a book about him and company. I initially signed a contract with Adriano in November2015 and the initial installation completed on Feb 2016. I had placed few more orders for my stair case and kitchen windows. At this time, I have been seeing his real face. He made an appointment with me on every Wednesday and I am trying to work from home or take day off but he did not come and telling after that very stupid reasons and rescheduling so he almost passed 3 or 4 months to install and not finish windows hocking. I am trying to call him, txt and emailed no responding time to time and saying he has an family emergency and etc.,/. After my first order, he took double payments and told me that by mistakly he did and he will return the money ASAP. You do not believe it, I had mortgage bounce and I spent 3 plus months to get my money back (with several calls and argued) . He said because of all those trouble I will offered you patio windows for free and he will come and fix my exiting windows problem, hocking and finish my order. I am still not received my warranty info and receipts. I am trying to contact him in many ways (emails, txt and phone calls) . I am not able to reach him and he is completely ignore my numbers. I tried to spoke to receptionist and they took the message and he never gets back to me. I told him that whatever shutters you install I have problems, he said he will bring all together and fix it but until now no phone calls . I have tried to call him with different number and he picked it up and say hello hello and as soon as he recognized me then he hung. I do not understand why he is doing like this. I have all the txt , email and phone call chat history . I told him that I can only go consumer court to complaint about this and claim all the problem he gave me. He is running with big business and not able to reach him. He think this is the smart way to ignore or shark customers but this will impact one point. My problem is unresolved, and has been going on for a length of time I think I have waited for him more than 1.5 years and tried to listen his excuses and last 3 or 4 months I could not make any contact him. I asked receptionists what’s the best to contact him and they said we do not have any other number to reach him. I do not want any more excuses. Only things I am expecting whatever I paid they need to complete my order, all receipts and warranty info. I already told him that I do not want any free offered. I am now have concerns about warranty. Within a month I had an issues and called him until now he do not fixed at all so how this warranty will help us in the future? I made 100% paid in front that one of mistake I made. Please think twice before place the order with this company. I hope Adriano or his company need to answers or hopefully they will call me . If he cannot fixed all exiting problems, he can take all the shutters and refund my money. If you really want all the prof of communication, I can provide them. Who can resolved my problem? Or who can look into my problem? I really need someone to contact me via email or phone. If I do not hear anything from here I will defiantly go with small claim court to file this and charge all . I am facing really lots of frustrations. There are many honorable and ethical blinds companies on homestars for sure Adriano is NOT one of them. Adriano refuses to deal with issues and is quick to take payment without concern for dispute resolution.
