I was about to have some insulation added to my attic, but on a couple of occasions I had heard some scratching noises that I was a little concerned about. A friend had recommended Louis, saying that he was one of the best professionals that he has dealt with... ever! Well, Louis didn't disappoint. He was quick to respond, and set my mind at ease, identifying the noises to be coming from some mice. He recommended a course of action, and all is well. Thanks, Louis!

My furnace stopped working last night, so I checked HomeStars and read the positive reviews for Aire Max Heating. At 5 a.m., I called and left a voice message explaining my problem, and I received a callback within 3 hours. Max advised me that he could be at my place in 1/2 an hour, however, I was no longer home, so we set a time for him to come by in the afternoon. Max arrived on time, and ready to work. It just so happened that I was able to fix the problem on my own approximately 5 minutes prior to him arriving, but Max, diligently, took the time to check things out and repair an unrelated item for me. I was very pleased with his prompt response, and his readiness to address my situation.
