The furnace at my wife's healthcare clinic stopped working in the middle of winter. It was imperative we get it up and running as soon as possible, as there was a risk of cancelling all patient appointments. Nathan was there a few hours later, diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly expained the issue in terms I could understand. Even though new parts were needed, he got the furnace up and running temporarily until he was able to come back and install the new parts. Nathan also did some quick cleanup/maintenance, and also diagnosed another possible issue, and suggested solitions that wouldnt cost us in the future. Overall, he did a great job, was honest and went above and beyond...all at a reasonable price.
