Paid for a wet certifie, and got a run around. First was told pictures were ok, then Rick had to come to my cottage three times. I then called another company I sent them the same pictures and they sent me my the paperwork and passed my install right away. I would never recommend mason place unless u want the run around and your money taken

As of October 2020, new ownership has taken place and we want you to know things have changed, and we have done our very best to turn this place around and make our customers our main priority.
We have already seen a huge change in 2 years .
We was unaware of these reviews on HomeStars as we did not renew our membership when we took over and just recently have. If you need anything in the future please feel free to reach out and we will do our very best to help in anyway we can .
