My husband has been dealing with this company for years. Having them do any work required or he merely wanted done around the house. I was always like meh; it's their job and if my husband feels comfortable with them than it's all good. But that being said; my outlook towards this company changed drastically when we noticed a gas smell in the house. It's the weekend; 7pm and we notice the smell. My husband calls and the first thing they tell them to do is to ensure the valve is shut off and that someone is on their way. Shortly after, Ryan shows up and gets to work After checking the connections and fittings, he doesn't find a problem. He then performs what he told us was called a soap test. Looking at My husband puzzled, he shrugs his shoulders and sure enough, Ryan says "there's your leak" He points it out to my husband and my husband couldn't believe it. He then heads out, grabs the part and next thing you know; it's fixed. I can not thank Ryan and Furnace Solutions enough not only for the excellent work they've for us but more importantly, keeping my family safe.
