We are very happy with Mona Home and Office Cleaning, particularly Monica - and Kerri - whose bi-weekly visits leave our home sparkling clean and my sanity in check! They are such warm people and they do a wonderful job.

We needed some electrical work done at our old house before we moved out and new house when we moved in. Fortunately, neither situation was an emergency but, of course, we wanted it done right. These guys are great. Really, really great. They are very polite, prompt, open/informative, clean (booties over work shoes) and uniformed, and the pricing is up front. We will definitely use them in the future.

We recently moved into a house with a leaky skylight which we unfortunately discovered after a bad storm. (The home inspector from a very reputable home inspection company failed to mention this - another issue for another review.) We promptly received a quote to replace the skylight and were told the work could be done the following week. They never showed up. When they did finally show up, it turns out that their quoted measurement was inaccurate so they couldn't replace the skylight because a special size had to be ordered. This was a very time-sensitive job due to the water damage so it was disappointing. Fortunately, the guys who showed up caulked the area around the skylight to buy us some time.

We had our bathroom renovated about 3 years ago. They did a good job but they didn't tape off the work area and, as a result, there was dust everywhere. The workmanship was fine, they showed up on time, and finished on time but the dust was annoying.

We picked a nice beige Olympia tile off the Olympia sample boards at the local floor shop but the shop was supplied with a tile that was very, very different from the sample (i.e. yellow and white with a shiny finish - it looks like vomit in the snow). We had not moved into the house yet so it was a big disappointment to see it all laid down. Now we're expected to pay up.
