Brent did my house back in April and now we moved in and settled down, now I have time to type :-) Brent was extremely professional and he went through so much details of the house and we ended up spent more than half a day together. BTW, I got some discount from seller due to the issues Brent pointed out with convincing evidence - thanks Brent! ... I replaced the old furnace (Lennox Pulse with a rusty burner and weak blower ...). I will start some "tweaks" according to his advices. It is on my todo list. I wish him great success on his business so more people will benefit from his top rated servie.

I always tell people, that until they are totally satisfied with understanding everything about the home, that is when the inspection is over. If is takes longer than a typical inspection, so be it.
