I chose this company after reading the terrific reviews on Homestars.com. Both support cables of my garage door came off of their pullies, so I called Capital Garage Door at approximately 7:45 am. The phone was answered promptly by Albert, and after I explained what happened I asked him for a "ball park" estimate. He said that he could be there that day; asked what time was convenient for me, and gave me an estimate over the phone. To my surprise: he arrived 10 minutes early, fixed the issue for exactly the price that he quoted me, and gave me some great tips to prolong the life of my door. Albert was honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will call him anytime that I have a garage door issue! I've already recommended him to two of my friends.

When I discovered that I had a mouse issue I contacted 2 of the "major companies", and then decoded to consult the Home Stars website as well. I came across the overwhelmingly positive reviews of Paramount Pest Control, and decided to give them a call as well. David, the owner of the company, promptly contacted me regarding my issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and forthright; he asked pertinent questions, told me exactly what he would do to tackle the problem and how much it would cost. After my telephone conversation with David I cancelled my appointment with one of the "major companies" (the second company didn't respond to my request). On the day of the appointment David arrived on time, in a non-marked vehicle, and ready to work. He did a complete interior and exterior assessment of the property, and showed me where the mice had entered from. He was incredibly thorough and professional! I know that he spent more time on our property than I, or he, anticipated; but he honored the original quote that he had given me! I would recommend Paramount Pest Control, and David, to anyone with a pest issue. David is an absolute professional!!
