We placed an order and PAID IN FULL for a Tempur medic mattress over 3 1/2 weeks ago.After over 8 phone calls, rarely getting return calls, following up for delivery dates (being told it takes a full two weeks for delivery, then being told they are on back order..then being told they are under 'negotiations'? ) we finally asked to cancel our order- since we are paying interest on the item and I'm still sleeping on my pull out! Glad they refunded our money but what a pain in the a__! Lousy customer service.
