Needed full interior basement waterproofing. It was a big job so I talked to three different companies. Royal Work was my choice because: 1. Appointment for estimate was setup quickly 2. Anatoliy did not try to upsell me on work that was not needed, gave me a quote on the spot, and had a team available to suite my timeline. 3. During follow up calls, Anatoliy answered all my questions patiently and agreed to slightly expand the scope of work to assist me with follow up basement refinish. 4. Provided quote was competitive. The actual work started on agreed upon date. Work crew led by Yuri was great. They took care during demolition stage (making sure to remove only what had to removed, didn't cause any additional damage), solved many problems (water, vent, and drain pipes were all in the way), placed sump pump drain where I and my wife wanted instead of where it was convenient, and were always very courteous. Would definitely recommend the company!

Had two guys from Rent-a-son (Brent and Max) help me move for 3 hours. These guys were great! Very hard-working and conscientious. Highly recommend to do-it-yourself movers who needs an extra pair of hands.

Langstaff & Sloan team upgraded wiring in my newly bought house. Half of wiring was new, half was knob-and-tube. The team was very professional and thorough -- they went beyond the initial agreement and fixed up many problems in "new" wiring installed by people who did the kitchen. The work was done on budget and on time. These guys take pride in work well done and even get offended by shoddy electrical wiring. My major concern was the holes in walls and ceiling necessary for the job. They team were very careful in how and where they put the holes and did an excellent job patching them afterwards.
