Two jobs in a year done for us by Caleb and staff (retaining wall & front step). Price quoted is the end cost and it's competitive. The work is outstanding. Caleb has a good eye for design, very professional and accessible; his staff are also professional at their work and courteuous and respectful around the job site. For our first job, I got several quotes, for the second job, I didn't bother. I wanted Terra Opus back.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Alana the sales agent was great. I found her to be knowledgeable and helpful. I think she does a good job for your company. The only suggestion I have for her, is she might be a bit quicker on responding to calls/emails. Installers were great. Don't know what they could have done to improve. Value for money!
