We've used Alarm Force for years and have been very satisfied. Their reps are very courteous, competent and knowledgeable with excellent phone skills. Recently called them for window stickers and a yard sign. Decals were sent for free but I was advised there was a fee to send the sign ($15 I think?) I declined the sign as I don't think the customer should pay to advertise for you. Today I had a great interaction with Customer Service who then recommended I talk to tech support for a system test. My call was transferred and I then had to go through the whole ID spiel again. Why?? You guys have a great call centre....can't you do a warm handoff between departments? It's irritating to answer the same ID questions I've already answered. Also a time waster for your reps. Overall, I'm a happy customer...if you could address these concerns, you'd move the customer experience from great to outstanding!
