Ko’s Interior Design was able to meet us on relatively short notice and provide us with a quote and design in a little over a week. As we were getting a late start, we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to complete a basement reno before the holidays but Ko’s not only finished the job ahead of schedule, but they also did a great job. The whole process was very smooth. We received the design and statement of work in about a week and the start date was a couple days later. The company came by regularly to check in on the work and make sure everything was being done up to standards. Overall we were very pleased with the work. The contractors were courteous and respectful of our space and very trustworthy which is important. The head contractor updated me regularly and showed me areas being worked on and was receptive when we pointed out some issues we’ve noticed. Overall, the finishes and details were well done compared to work I’ve had done in other areas of my home.

We had some severe wind storms in the region last week and as a result lost a couple shingles. Sent a message to Spiros very late on a Saturday night, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a call back Sunday morning. Mr. Spiros listened to my case and was able to give me a rough quote over the phone which I appreciated to avoid sticker shock. He was able to see me the same morning, fix my roof and at the price previosuly discussed. During this time, Mr. Spiros inspected the rest of the roof and did some minor repairs.
