An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our pilot light wouldn't stay lit, and Ladislav came out to give us our options. It looked like the best thing to do was replace the entire tank, which he was able to do after quoting the job up front, before starting. My sincere thanks to great service technician Ladislav! He was most professional, kind and certainly a great asset to your company! His professionalism speaks very highly as my first impression of Clearview. I too work in the service industry and when you deal with a great role model for service it needs to commended!!!

Thanks very much, Cathy and Mark! It is always very much appreciated when someone who also works in the service industry comments about our service skills. As I've said before, while most contractors and companies look at themselves as "Plumbing and Heating techs doing Service work" we like to think of ourselves as "Service Techs, doing Plumbing and Heating work".
The customers come first, period.
