For our first appointment she did not show up. For our second appointment she called at the last minute to change date. At our third appointment, I was quoted two hundred dollars an hour at the Home Show and it lasted 1h 10 minutes. I was charged for two hours and charged for her travel time, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Her service was poor, poor, poor.
