Gord Faulkner was well informed regarding the performance and weaknesses of various brands of appliances. His wise words helped us to select the most reliable, quietist or easiest to clean models plus we saved money by buying the previous years model which had the same features as the current. When we compared the prices to the same products at Future Shop, Faulkner's was able to negotiate a cheaper price. Delivery and installation were impeccable. Will buy there again should we need to.
