Jonathan, Elliot and team did a great job that met our tight timelines. We had a month for them to come in and do a pretty major job, including ripping out everything in our kitchen, tearing down a wall and framing in a kitchen island, installing brand new cabinets & new appliances, skimcoating the ceiling in the whole kitchen/dining room/living room/hallway areas, installing pot lights in the kitchen/living room, wiring in a projector, redoing a bit of flooring. We are so happy with the end product. The Rain City Renos team was great, really easy to work with and communicate with. They listened to what we had as a vision and proposed great improvements to the idea based on their expertise. The way the billing was broken down made all costs very transparent, and they were able to do the project at a very reasonable price. Work done was high quality, with the exception of one electrician brought in whose work was a little rushed/sloppy, which meant having to come back to fix a couple of things. Will definitely recommend this company to friends!
