Dear Mr. Napolitano: I have just had my kitchen renovated and wanted to let you know how much I appreciated my project manager, Alban Matrushi. Alban was a pleasure to work with and certainly went above and beyond his duty, including driving me to pick out tiles and once just dropping me off when I was going shopping. I recently sold a condo in downtown Toronto and thought it would be nice to have it cleaned so the new owners could move in. After reading a couple of reviews about Lustre I decided to try them. I am so glad I did. I met with Nick and he was a real gentleman and knew exactly what was needed. The two ladies who did the cleaning did an exceptional job. I was amazed how clean the oven was - after having had a tenant for 10 years, I wondered if it would ever be clean again! Obviously no problem for the 2 ladies. An excellent job and I would use the company again and will certainly recommend them. Thanks Nick and your staff.
