The a/c broke down on the hottest day. July 6/16. I started calling a/c companies on Homestars. Everyone booked. Called here and Renato was here in half hour and less than a hour later the a/c was up and running. Very nice guy works fast and talks fast. Did not try and over sell. I think he is quite a honest guy and would do business with him in the future. I am sooo thankful that my a/c is working again. Thanks Renato.

Season 2 and Carlo and his crew of Andrew and Ryan were back again.Thankfully no rain this time. Things were nipped and tucked and moved and groomed. Sounds like being at the Plastic Surgeons. Well, Carlo is the the Garden Doctor with his qualified team by his side. Andrew with his great smile who should be doing toothpaste commercials and Ryan who is constantly covered in dirt like the little boy in the sandbox. We have quite alot to garden area. Cedars bushes, spruce tree and fruit trees all were trimmed. Weeds were pulled, new beds of river rock were laid, new mulch was placed so gentley in gardens beds not to disrupt the plants. New planting of at least 14 boxes of bulbs. The front step repaired with the interlock and wood. All debris and waste was sweeped up and removed. We start out with a plan and before long it has been changed. I am constantly adding something to the mix. Carlo is very adaptable and takes time to listen.. I never feel like they are in a hurry just to get to another job. This way it makes for a relaxed atmosphere so that no detail is missed. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. This is true when dealing with Mondo Landscapes. Always remember and never forget a great job never goes unnoticed. Picture Perfect as I would expect, another great job ! I said in my last years review that I support the independant business man. The family man, the little guy providing for his family and his employees and providing his clients with hard work and good service. This man carries a big weight on his shoulders and I am glad to have him work for me and you should be too. Congratulations to Carlo and his wife with Baby #2 on the way. p.s. please get a blue t-shirt for Andrew to bring out his eyes..... Thanks again--great job--see you soon.......

We have a chain link gate and it was not closing properly. Doug came and fixed it. The frame on the gate needed to be opened larger because the gate post had shifted and the gate was not wide enough to close properly. They took it apart and opened the frame wider, put new chain link fencing on the gate and a new latch. I must say that many companies do not come out for the little jobs. unless they are going to charge you alot. I am so glad I found Target Fence and that they took the time to come and fix our problem. I just called them again to fix my other gate that just went. Very reasonable and nice to boot. What more can you ask for.

Our backyard needed help badly. It was overgrown and the back area was something out of a horror movie covered with weeds and half dead plants. Carlo is great ! We dicussed what had to be done and he gave me ideas that I never thought of. All I can say is it looks beautiful. Carlo worked out in the rain for 2 days and always had a smile on his face when I asked him something or added something to the project(which happened quite alot). Upon meeting Carlo I knew he was someone I could Trust and want to give my business to. I like to support the small independant business man. The family man, the honest guy trying to carve his nitch in life. I cannot say more about him but the world needs more people like him. Being a woman on my own it is hard to find someone who will not take advantage of you The job consisted of trimming large cedar bushes, trimming 9' of branches of a huge Colorado Spruce,removal of a apple tree,, weeding and clearing out plants of what I call the "back 40". That was the demolistion. Now the rebuilding. 4 yards of pea gravel, 3 yards of mulch, 2200 lbs. of flag stone, 4 new cedar trees and about 25 or so plants.laying of patio stones under existing cedars, 2 trips to the dump and reseeding of the lawn. Mostly in the Rain!! The trips made with the wheel barrel to the driveway to get the gravel and mulch goes to Carlos brotherlaw Andrew. Andrew is another one of these great guys, his smile doesn't hurt either. Now we have a patio of flag stone inlaid in the pea gravel with gardens around the edges with 4 cedar trees on one side and 4 cedar trees on the other. All kinds of plantings that I would never get on my own such as japanese blood grass, blue grass, spirea etc.. Everything is mulched in the garden and under the Colorado Spruce. The yard is opened up now and looks great. And the "back 40" looks so good you could put it in a magazine. By the way he is coming back in a month to do interlock stairs for the front of the house. I am going to have great curb appeal when he is done. If you can't tell---I highly recommend calling Carlo.

Carlos Martins owns the company and does the quotes and the installation. There is no middle man for a sales commission so you win by getting a better price. His wife works the office and show room. I like to support the independent family man and that is what I found with Martins Windows. We had many quotes for windows and no one could touch the price that Carlos quoted. Good work--good product. Carlos and his wife are nice people. If you need windows give them a call. Support the little guy. I am glad I did.

10 yrs. ago had walk in stairs installed and new liner and new concrete around inground pool. It was a terrible job. Second year liner had wrinkles in it and they would do nothing about it. I was to get a hand rail for my walk in stairs and still waiting. Had to fight with them to put back the diving board that was already there. Told at the beginning they would put it there and then when the concrete was poured they changed their mind and said it was illegal--then after freaking out on them they put the diving board back. Called many times about the hand railing was even told it was there at the shop but never saw it--pretty sure I paid for it. Again another company who has one or two qualified people and the rest are college kids who are unsuprised and left to do a job on their own and don't know what they are doing and could care less. Please do not give this company a penny of your money!~! Go to Ulimate Pool in Oakville just the next block from Total Tech\ I have been using these 2 brothers now and they are great. Very much into customer service. As a customer I want that.

They had to break my concrete 3 times to find a leak and then did not match the new concrete with the old. Quality of the concrete cracking, chipping and a rougher concrete than originally there. Promised only to make one hole. Made a mess of my new concrete surround. Staff is not very qualified. They have one qualified person who they spread so thin between jobs that they are never there 100%. Job is handed off to college kids--who know nothing. Reply to Jameson Pool response: I did call Jameson to come and look at the terrible job they did and basically the response was "oh, well too bad for your luck" Because it took so long to do the job. The dirt(soil) that was piled at the side of the pool for 2 weeks slide back into the pool and discoloured my liner because there is red clay in the soil. Now my liner looks like it has freckles. If the dirt was not there for weeks that would not of had time to happen. You did come and inspect and did nothing about it. I also think those reviews that give you the score of 10 are probably friends of the company. I have heard many complaints about this company from other customers while standing in the store for assistance. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this company. I find a small independant company much more customer friendly. Support the little guy I say. Get more bang for your buck.
