I had a very positive experience. Paul their owner was pleasant and knowledgeable. Paul and his work crew were professional. They replaced 15 old windows with new double glass sliders. They arrived on time in early morning and finished the entire job in 1 day. Paul took the time to explain how they operate, the warranty, then cleaned up thoroughly. We had expected it to be more complicated, but it went smooth and easy. Windowrama is a good company.

From the onset, the owner Frank was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I interviewed numerous contractors (at least 8) and Frank stood out to be the absolute best person for the job. He worked with me on the design from start to finish. Frank went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. Frank designed a beautiful unique deck that surpassed my expectations. He built a very large deck (as requested) and made sure that it did not overwhelm my property by using an interesting design that truly enhanced my backyard. As far as quality, it was top notch! The buildings inspector was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of Franmac Group. (And this inspector rarely gives out compliments, if at all) Frank was on the job-site every single day while the work was being done and consulted with me if decisions needed to be made. He made some very artistic suggestions that most deck contractors do not get involved with. Needless to say I was very impressed and happy with the end result. I am so glad I chose Franmac Group to build my new deck. I highly recommend these guys!!!

First, thanks to Boris and his crew: Adam, Erik and Dan for the smoothest move I've ever had. You guys were totally professional, completely friendly and showed enormous respect for my family and possessions. It was a total pleasure to spend the day with all of you. This mover is a bit more expensive than others, but the professionalism and kindness they showed from the first phone call, to owner/GM Kevin's visits for his very exacting and accurate estimate and prompt delivery of packing materials, and to the move itself is a very rare commodity in this town. These guys worked hard and they worked well, and in very good humor. Nothing we own was damaged in any way. Everything arrived in the same condition, and in some cases, better condition (Erik and Dan actually repaired two pieces of our furniture before they packed them on to the truck), than when it left our old home. There is a reason they are as highly rated as they are on Homestars. No reservation at all about recommending Viktoria Professional Movers as a first choice for a moving company.
