From the moment I contacted them, I got an instant response and upfront pricing and reasonable availability (had some others say they were booking 2 months out!). They were on time, professional, super clean - hardly noticed they were even here. Took good care of our home which was only 3 years old. It was so easy and fast we would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone. Definitely dedicated and committed to their work.

We got 4 basement windows replaced - the sales person was helpful and we felt like he knew what he was talking about (ie other competing bids told us we needed something that wasn't actually necessary). Installation took a few weeks but was earlier than expected as they were very busy with the reno tax credit. overall felt the whole experience was efficient and a good price. Would definetly deal with them again.

We contacted Wilkens due to the reviews on this site and were one of the few that returned our calls and actually gave us an estimate. We had to wait about a month to get the work done as they were busy - however they did advice us it would be a while when we decided to go with them. They called the day before they came and the job got done. I didn't even notice they had been there except that our chimney was lower and it was capped. We didn't find any debris or extra materials lying around. Overall we are pleased with the work done. No complaints here!
