Terrible company to do businesss with. Buyer beware. I had my facia soffit and eaves done less than a year ago, for a total cost of $8590.80. It blew off in a windstorm we had in august. D'angelo and sons roofing claims that this issue is not covered under warranty, because it was caused by wind. Initially I planned on paying them to repair the damage, but everytime I called them it was like I had never called before. Finally had to call another installer who claimed that the workmanship was really bad, as some areas of the facia and soffit were floated (not really attached to anything) and that the material used was the cheapest , thinnest available. I have 2 other outbuidings here with a total of 440 linear feet of eaves, facia and soffit that are located within 100 meters of the house, these were installed by another company and not one bit of these came off. Do not use this company because they will not stand behind their warranty

Dear Kathy, We are deeply sorry for your experience with the storm that damaged your soffits. Unfortunately, acts of God are not covered under warranty. This would have to be covered under your insurance policy. When we received your first call we were more than happy to come out and do any repairs that needed to be done. In your unique situation we agreed to deal with your insurance company, which we both agreed on dealing with. We were in direct contact with your insurance company and explained our process. We did not hear anything from the insurance company after many attempts to follow up to make sure your issue was being addressed. We felt that your insurance company did not handle this situation as we tried many times to resolve your issue, working along with your insurance company. At the end of the day we are hopeful that all your issue's were resolved, and please let us know if we can be of any assistance at all.
