We had a bald-face hornets nest outside of our bedroom window. We got great advice and very quick service from Darrell, who even followed up after the job to ensure everything was OK. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do, I wont hesitate to reach out directly.

When a potlight not installed by Quality Potlight crapped out, they were our automatic call because working with them is so easy and satisfying. They are simply the best in the business.

The Art Metal team is extremely professional and talented. The work was done to perfection in a very surprisingly short amount of time.

We had successfully hired KTeam before so went with them again to replace our front steps. The project started well but the quoted 2 day project stretched for over a month and was left in an atrocious condition. Bricks and dirt were left everywhere and the job itself was not completed properly (see photo). They promised to come back in a week to fix this area, but that was two months ago. Constant follow ups were met with excuses and delay tactics. We take no pleasure in posting this but want to warn other homeowners. It is now November so getting this fixed before winter is unlikely. We had to resort to warning them of a poor review and they replied we dont accept threading e-mails or voicemails, write the review you would like to write as it is your opinion, youre free to do so at any time. So here it is.

We have engaged Quality four times and would not remotely consider another provider. They are quick, clean, efficient and the quality you receive for the money is amazing. The company is a pleasure to work with and if we had any more ceilings we would hire them again in an instant.

The work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The work was immaculate and we are thrilled with the result. Sal was responsive to any questions or requests, while the crew worked hard and left the job spotless. All in all, a great job.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors and Quality ranks among the very best. The three man crew were incredibly efficient, clean and friendly. After they had expertly replaced 33 existing potlights and adding 4 more, the house was completely transformed and they didn't leave a speak of dirt. Absolutely outstanding.

We had a funny smell emanating from a toilet and, concerned it was sewer related, called in a professional. WaterWorks got a plumber to house quicker than I would have expected. Larry didn't just get right to work, he sat down and explained the "why" of what he was doing, which we really appreciated. The job was done efficiently and the result was immaculate. First class services and highly recommended.

Andy was great to deal with. He did not push higher priced, but wholly unnecessary, options. He came exactly when he said he would and finished the job (changing 2 skylights) in one day.

We've had the same crew paint two different houses and couldn't be more pleased. Skilled, professional and clean, I would recommend them to anyone. The quality for the price and expertise is unrivalled.
