Professional. Amazing. Dilligent. Efficient. Fabulous communications with us. Excellent team--worked well together. Responsive to our needs including tight scheduling. Laneway load on garbage pickup day--proactive in managing the neighbours and accomodating city trucks et al. Our move involved 4 floor house, and included delivery at location a couple hours from Toronto. The owner was on site with us through out, along with his amazing 5 person team. In past I have had several of the big name moving expensive companies do cross-province moves, and they were not nearly as good as Velocity Movers If you are in Toronto/GTA this is a mover of choice!

Frank's professionalism, combined with his desire to find a solution to what was a tricky issue was delightfully refreshing. He looked at various options, did thorough research and came back with feasible and professional option. He communicated clearly, and I could sense his integrity from the first conversation. He was reliable, efficient, kept me informed, and delivered exactly on the budget & time he indicated. I have full confidence--something that is getting rarer these days. He makes a job low stress and is friendly and a delight to work with
