Customer from Brampton Walia Should be Shut Down!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! I am a Victim of Walia fraud its full time for the government step in and do something for the consumers. I bought a 3 piece Leather sofa set at Jane and Finch mall from Rocky, much to our surprise the set was delivered by competent delivery workers. Upon delivery the delivery man did tell me they weren't responsible for any damages that occur while taking it off the truck and taking it in my home. Upon inspection the foots on the love seat were damaged, It takes them two weeks before someone come and fix it only to our surprise the sofa began to fade in colour and what was to be Genuine Leather began to peel off. I contact Rocky and he keeps on saying that someone will contact me and no one did, so we decided to take a trip from Brampton to the store. When my sister and I get to store and we were treated Horrible by the customer services and Rocky who was our sale person, so we ask for the manager and only to our surprise he was not available to speak to anyone. Until now no one try to contact us about the chair and we pay $3000.00 for something which was not Genuine Leather. Over the last 5 months we have made many attempts to speak to customer service and get no satisfactions I personal think that people should be ware of Walia just like when someone have a BAD DOG AND THEY PUT UP THE SIGN SAYING BEWRER OF BAD WALIA.
