We recently purchased a table/chairs and room divider from Walia's they gave us a set that had 5 out of 8 chairs damaged, the table damaged (which we opened in the store) and the room divider has a huge chunk out of it...we have been back and forth 4-6 times a day with customer service and they have given us the run around...for 3 weeks now...still sitting with half a set in our livingroom...refuse a refund, refuse and exchange and customer service is unbelievably bad...now they are offering that we exchange the set with a floor model (which is also damaged), owner (boss) refuses to do anything and say we are at fault..will be reporting to better business bureau and to the media
