The customer service and support I received when I hired TSC was impeccable. From the initial phone consultation to the time the movers left our new home, our experience with them was wonderful. We had heard of many movers pulling a “bait and switch” type of method where a mover will quote a low ball offer and then when the move is over (or when they get to your home), the price is exorbitant, but we didn’t experience any of this type of nonsense or trickery with TSC. They quoted and charged us honestly and fairly. Most importantly, they did everything that they said they would do for us with no extra charge surprises. My husband was not only surprised but also extremely impressed with their integrity and professionalism. Although, we are no longer in Toronto, having to leave again for my husband’s job, we still visit when we can and have recommended TSC to many family members and friends because of the patience, time and care they provided us during a very stressful chapter in our lives.
