A few of my windows have wide gaps. One window is particularly horribly screwed up by my window installer who didn’t install the window straight. Some part of left window gap is more than 1.7” wide while the right side is only 0.3” wide. After job done, I am very happy that it is barely noticeable by me. I don’t think any other visitors would notice the flawed gaps. The owner Rimas is doing the caulking job himself. With 15-year experience, his quality of work is beyond my expectation. Rimas got job done very nicely in all my other windows, with insulation material always installed in every window edge gap. His caulking finish is straight and smooth throughout. Our home and stairs are 26 years old. The contractor stained stairs and handrails for over 2.5 weeks. We have over 200 wood pickets and we consulted a few contractors who all told us to throw them away by either using metal pickets or replace the woods pickets (as sanding them is a boring and tough job). Owner Robert has some good way to paint them in white and they look great. We appreciate their quality of works in stain and paint. We would definitely recommend the contractors.
