We had an excellent experience with True North Underpinning. The crew showed up on time everyday during the entire duration of the project. The foremen were excellent, keeping us informed and helping us solve problems and make decisions along the way. The project was completed on time and on budget. We especially appreciated the little things the crew would do like clearing snow and moving our garbage bins, which shows they care about their customers. Don't hesitate to hire them for your basement project.

Gerard was able to troubleshoot some issues we were having with the wiring in our home. We was response to my initial phone inquiry and kept us informed about his arrival time and work that needed to be done.

These guys arrived on time and worked hard for the entire move. Very happy overall with the move. The rates are good. Only problem was with their business practices. -There is a $30 fuel charge that is apparently charged to some customers and not to others. Charge it or don't. -4% credit card convenience fee came up at the last minute. -They were generous to themselves on the start and finish times. -Asked for tips in exchange to move heavy items. Contract stated all items included. We would have given a better tip if we felt it wasn't extorted. Good movers. Just watch for shaddy business practices that might cost the lazy customer extra $$$$. Would have happily used again and given a better tip if this company had better business practices.
