I had some of my windows done about one month ago. On one them I found a minor scratch that I didn't notice during the final walk around inspection at the end of installation. I called them back and asked to check it. I was curious to see how they are going to handle the situation after the installation completed and final payment cleared. A few days after my call they came back, took some pictures and 3 weeks later replaced the damaged glass. I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service! I do recommend this company.
