I have been dealing with GTA for years. Over that period of time they have removed wasps, mice ants and raccoons on separate occasions. When I call, they mostly answer the phone, if not they return the call within minutes. They always show up the next day or whenever it is convenient for me. They offer a great warranty, however, we never had to use it. When they do the job, it always works first time. I would recommend GTA to anyone with confidence.
