I have been waiting for almost two months for my washing machine to get fixed. I have had four separate appointments, the latest one being today and no one has showed. I have had at least 12 people at trans global tell me that my case has been 'escalated' and that a supervisor will call me. In the almost two months I have not received 1 call from a supervisor. I have never received such poor service from any company. Do not purchase the protection plan from Enercare and do not hire Transglobal!
