I tried to repair a fussy electrical outlet myself (without turning off a breaker switch) which caused a huge fiery spark and freaked everyone out in the house. I called Sean and we booked an appointment for the following week. Incredibly, he then sent me a text that he had had a cancellation and could come by at 4:00PM to make the repair. Prompt, friendly, expert service at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carter Electrical and believe me when I tell you - we are very difficult customers to please!

We had Bin Solutions build a fence in our backyard. They did a fantastic job. We wanted a contemporary look and they did exactly what we wanted. The process was seamless from our initial planning meetings with Zion the owner of the company through to the construction of the fence by his team. I called Des after negative experiences with the big franchises. I found them both expensive and uncompromising. Des, on the other hand, was a pleasure to hire - he called me directly when he wanted to schedule the job, and his rate was excellent.
