We could not be more happy with our decision to go with MSD contracting. The level of service was all we had hoped for. We felt that when the changes to the scope occurred, revised pricing was fair and transparent. The advice that was provided by Marco during the project was based on experience and we always felt we were dealing with a company that had could do the job. Two years latter, ongoing service has also not stopped. I have personally recommend three close friends to MSD and the feedback I have received is top notch.

Hiring these guys is the best decision you can make. Our real estate agent recommended Jacky to us when we decided to sell our house. Jacky and his team came over and helped us pack all our junk and put it into storage. These guys are so quick at packing - I could hardly keep up with them! When it came time for the actual move Jacky was so accommodating when I had to reschedule. Rather then turning me away, he worked into the night to ensure that the move was completed. Very impressed with these guys.

We were introduced to Mo through our real estate agent. Our real estate agent had recommended Mo to his clients before and also recommended Mo to us. We met with Mo to discuss the work that needed to be done in the house (including painting the entire house, outdoor interlocking work, and fixing various other things around the house). We were in a serious time crunch as we needed to put our house on the market quick. Mo came up with a very reasonable time frame, and we were pleasantly surprised that him and his team delivered ahead of schedule. The one bonus about Mo is that he really cares about his work. He will point things out that you may not have considered. He will offer solutions, give advice, tell you where not to spend your money. But most importantly, he takes such ownership and pride in his work – when he was working on our house I felt like he cared for it the same way that he would care for his own house. I can’t wait to work with Mo again when we move into our new house. And by the way, thanks to the hard work that Mo and his team put in, our house gold sold in 3 days.
