Terrible service from this company. I will never darken its doorway again. We have been dealing with this company to fix the sofa that had faulty foam seating for 2 months. The technician came to fix it, however overstuffed the sofa to the point it can not be sat in as it causes back pain. No customer service, customer satisfaction is just a term, not a value.
