It was a great service, I noticed the difference from the beginning. They always returned my phone calls and Janice did an excellent job maintaining communication with us. Richard and his crew came over last Saturday and installed a new a/c at my house. They showed up on time. I liked that they were very polite, explain all the process and answered all my questions. It was very nice to see how Richard and his team care about his customers. They completed the job in about 5 hours and there were no hidden costs. At the end of the day they cleaned up the work area and explained how everything worked. I could not have been happier at this point. I agree with all the other reviews. I'm glad that we choose CoreTemp and would definitely do business with again. Thanks Richard!
