My situation was a little unique in that I had another contractor bail out on me last minute. I reached out to Frank with nearly no time to spare and he made arrangements in his schedule to be here in a very timely fashion. He did a clean job that was all to code and left us absolutely no mess. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody.
