Why are you stocking and recommending LG products when LG will not sell functional parts to Canadians? If I lived in the US I could have fixed my washing machine leak in a jiffy with a $16 part but in Canada I have to call for service which is $85 just to have them ring my bell. Canadians are certainly capable of fixing many of the things that go wrong with their appliances and this condescending treatment is insulting and unfair. As long as you are selling LG to unsuspecting fools like myself LG Canada will get away with this. Either discontinue selling their product or ask them to supply functional parts to Canadians. As long as you supply their products you are part of the problem.

The wood craftsman, Dustin, did an amazing job of laying the new hardwood and feathering it into the existing hardwood. We have had many compliments by visitors to the home on how great it looks. The sander/varnisher was not well and in hindsight did not have the constitution to do his job as profeciently as hoped. He left the job early, showed up late, and somedays did not show up at all. The job took over three weeks longer than estimated. Much debris was varnished into the floor. At the jobs completion I was told this would come out over time as socks act as sand paper. Two years later this largely has not happened. I have added several mats and dimmed lights to hide the debris. In calling Hatton’s we were told we could pick out the debris and more finish could be floated on, although I am afraid there is too much to pick out without damaging the floor. The floor had been refinished once before and there was no where near the amount of debris that it now has. My last house had a site finished hardwood floor and it was clear of debris. I have had many negative comments about the amount of dirt in the floor varnish. Reinstallation of baseboards indicated that the floor was sanded too much in some spots. Very personable employees.

Dear Janis, we are sorry that you feel this way however we addressed the hair issues that were yours and the debris in the finish was due to the fact that you guys were living in the home at the time of sanding and finishing. It is always best if nobody is living in the home and opening and closing doors while the sanding and finishing process goes on. Upon completion of the job you hadn't mentioned any of these issues but now 2 years later you are giving us a unfair 2* rating. We put a lot of effort into this project with changing boards etc. - in closing there are just some Customers that are never going to be pleased.
