Tony H was prompt and very professional. He provided us with the addresses of jobs completed by Duralock so that we could see them before making our decision. He went above and beyond helping us pick the stones and colours. We met at a stone yard one day to compare different products. In addition, his quote was reasonable compared to other companies. Danny and his crew arrived at 7am every morning and worked relentlessly every day until the job was completed. The crew took 6 days to complete the job, even with the tricky weather. Danny’s patience and hard work with armour stones was something to see. He paid attention to detail making sure that each stone complemented the other and that they were laid properly. He was always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Any issues presented to him were promptly and satisfactorily addressed. They were a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the work and look forward to enjoying our new patio.
