David & his team were fast and efficient, providing great service at a reasonable price. We had asbestos wrap on pipes, which we wanted removed. David arrived next day, provided a written quote and scheduled the work within days. The job was completed as promised in one day. They prepped the area and were in and out, leaving nothing behind. This is the type of work you want done right the first time. We were very pleased with Amosite and would highly recommend their services.

It was enjoyable dealing with John Slaven at Marsh's. He appreciated the picture and details I provided and based his recommendations on that information. We went with a 'Morso' product and I am very pleased with it. It has a high environmental rating for clean burning and lower emissions. The fire starts up quickly and the unit is easy to clean. The controls are simple and effective but best of it all it really works beautifully. The fire roars if you want it to or smolders slowly. The view is great; it adds wonderfully to the ambiance of the room. John arranged for a custom face-plate, which enhances the aesthetics of the mantle cleanly. The installers John & Aubrey where very professional. They made certain the job was done correctly. This included installing a 20-meter liner and carving the back of the hearth to accommodate the unit. The were quick, clean and provided very helpful information on possible trouble-shooting. I am pleased to say we have had no problems at all; just wonderful warm fires. Note: Marsh's total price was slightly higher (4%) but well worth the professional, courteous & knowledgeable service.

We had a sink that was falling off the wall. Belyea examined the sink and found that it was not mounted on the proper brackets. They provided a temporary fix then replaced the entire unit and we have had no problems since. We had to be patient but the service & product was good and the price was fair.

They are very good at cashing cheques, including post-dated cheques provided as a courtesy, months in advance. They show up late, after 9AM and send you pictures of the vehicles that have arrived and say they can not clear the snow. They wait for the snow to melt on its own and then send you invoices for 6.5 tons of salt for a 20 car parking lot. Then after paying them you cancel the contract for no-performance but they sue you for the balance of the season, siting '30 days advance notice'. They never address the non-performance issues. I have a feeling I am not the only one who has been treated this way.

We had been experiences clogged toilets for several years. Despite employing plumbers to fix the problem, it became progressively worse and worse. One of our neighbors had their drains scooped and routed and so we decided to do the same. We called DrainWorks and Matt arrived promptly, was neat and efficient and showed us everything. He originally missed the root causing the problem but on a second look found it and removed it. He couldn't locate the actual location outside, in order to did and remove the root entirely, but he did explain why and gave us his best guess as to its location. He did everything he could and was very polite and professional. If you are constantly plunging your toilets for no apparent reason, give them a call. Sooner the better as roots will eventually block your drain completely.
