We dealt with Alon about 5 years ago, and the process was painless and we were satisfied, some of the strips of wood used would not make it through our quality control test, but they weren't compromising the structure or anything...no complaints there. We paid extra and bought a nicer gate with the arbour (so did our neighbours which was nice because our gates were beside each other) but the door to the gate started to warp and we couldn't open the latch or close it at all. The gates are now leaning to each side of our properties. A few months to a year later we contacted Can-do again hoping they would repair the problem, because our neighbours were having the same issues as well, but we didn't receive a response until we said we would escalate it to the better business bureau. Then they came and moved the screw in the latch up to it can open and close....The gates still look obviously crooked and for the extra money we paid, not worth the upgrade and it was not a great post sales service. They have great prices, and it can't be beat. We have never had a problem with the fence itself. Do yourself a favor and just get the basic gate, because those have stood up very well in our area, don't make any upgrades. And don't count on post sales service either.

We needed carpet cleaning to sell our home, and although they were fully booked Saturday, they offered to come on a Sunday (they usually don't work on Sundays) which is above and beyond any service provider we've ever dealt with. The quality of the carpet cleaning is second to none and it dried up a lot faster than when we had Sears come in (no complaints there, they were great as well). Polite, quick, and spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
