Sean was top notch in every way. Arrived on time. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and even took the time to explain the steps he would be taking. He worked fast and not only cleaned up perfectly, but took away the debris for special disposal. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Sean to anyone who wanted the work done right.

The old window was very old and the interior framing had rotted over 3 decades. Serge and his excellent assistant installed the new one in just one (long) day and did an excellent and professional job. At one point, they were finishing the caulking and could have rushed it, but they kept on touching and retouching the work to get it just right! They also had to rebuild and fortify the base of the window to replace the damaged sections. In addition to the top quality workmanship, Serge accomplished a miracle. My schedule was such that I had a very narrow window (no pun intended) to get it done. Unfortunately, although the order for the new window had been placed, it had somehow gotten 'lost'. Serge magically got the window in one week! If you've ever ordered a custom measured large window you may know it can often take 6 to 8 weeks! Luckily, he got it and installed it in the nick of time. The day after it went in, Toronto had a ferocious ice storm on April 14. I will forever be grateful to Serge!!! Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike and Dan were absolutely a PLEASURE to work with. Yes, they were efficient, pleasant, clean. prompt, patient (when other workers interefered with their schedule!) and more...but they are master craftsmen! The dining room floors were fairly basic and didn't present any real challenge, but the BEDROOM area (Bedroom, hallway, 2 stairs and small ante-room) was unique. The hardwood was double-stained WHITE! Any mark or nick would show! Well, they did it perfectly! And to maximize the 'look' and enhance the size of the area, they laid it horizontally rather than vertically (width v. length-wise). That obviously took them more time, but they cared enough to make it all 'pop'! And it does! I would recommend them without any reservation! They are first-class...and I'm sure anyone checking HomeStars knows that such craftsmen are hard to find! Ann Medina

Gerardo did an amazing job...so I'm not surprised at the unanimous '10's' he's been receiving. I have a 2 story-high study on my second floor that needed a big fan in the summer. He recommended 2 quality manufacturers, suggested fan size etc. and then completed a very VERY complicated installation. He was on schedule, efficient, and patiently overcame 'challenges' in the physical layout. I've used other electricians over the years, but he tops them all..while charging very reasonable rates.
