My parents required front porch stair railings to be installed. I checked HomeStars (which I have used successfully in the past) to find a company to do the installation that I felt comfortable with. The rails were installed today and my parents are very happy with their new railings. Steve, who installed the rails was very professional, paid attention to detail and had my parents try the rails to ensure that they were satisfied with the work done. Tal, who I spoke with to arrange the installation and Joe who provide the quote were very accommodating and always receptive to my questions via email or phone. Ruslan and Serge were very professional, accommodating and patient with all my questions. They were very polite, reasonably priced and their workmanship was excellent. They even corrected an eavestrough problem with my garage which was not included in my quote, at no additional cost.
