The crew were ahead of schedule and able to start at our home early. They were very thorough, fast, and efficient. Any dirt and debris that landed on the floors around the vent were cleaned, floors were covered, and I especially appreciated they used corner guards to protect the walls from the hoses. The before and after photos clearly demonstrated the thorough cleaning performed.

Darryl was very quick and informative to resolve the issue with our furnace. He provided me with some simple tips to ensure the condensation drain is kept clear to avoid future sensor faults. We will be contacting Darryl and Reliable Home Comfort for future PM service and HVAC needs.

George was fantastic with the installation of the carpet runner on the hardwood stairs. The job was a challenge with one side being a straight run and the other following the curve of the railing. The job required custom binding each step (x14 steps), which was preformed onsite to reduce multiple visits and cutting templates. The carpet was ordered and arrived early. George completed the project in 4 hrs and on budget as quotes. And the installation was coordinated to accommodate my busy schedule. I will be contacting George again for future carpet projects.
